Unknown extra bills

I have a sim only contract with telkom of R200 data and extra 30 for airtime, but I just realized they have a hidden buying power on my sim card which is only known by vultures and was never declared in my contract, as a result I faced with 900rand bill and a threat to be disconnected if I don't afford to pay
