Unknown charges slapped onto account

<p>My telkom line, with ADSL services, is costing me in the region of R500 per month and has been fairly constant for the last five years. Upon receiving my Telkom invoice today I noticed that a cost of R440, for "Airtime transfer" and a cost of R457 for "Once off data bundle transfer" is all of a sudden slapped onto my account - of these two transactions I know absolutely nothing - in fact, as a 66 year old person I do not even know how to do this and why it should be done. Please investigate as a matter of urgency and advise accordingly.</p>
