UNKNOWN BILLING FROM TELKOM

Good Day

On the 31st Jan 2021 I noticed that money was deducted from my FNB account.They deducted amount of R317.78. I dont have a contract with Telkom. The Number im using is on PrePaid . The thing that makes me mad what right does Telkom have to deduct from my account . Today i tried calling telkom from the following numbers ***0 numbers. I cant get through instead get voice prompts .Thats bad customer service. please sort out this problem . Next thing my name will be sent to the debt collectors.For a problem that I don't know.
