UNKNOWN AND/ OR *****ULANT TELKOM ACCOUNT

For the past eleven months I have been recieving an unknown and/or ********** account from Telkom. I have written and phoned Telkom on a monthly basis and have had face to face meetings with Telkom empoyees all to no avail. I have taken out a Police Affidavit as I suspect that this is a ********** account as the person and number cannot be contacted. I have requested on numerous occasions that this account be handed over to the ***** department at Telkom.
