Unkept Promises from Telkom

We met with a consultant that was very helpful and we sent in all the relevant documentation. We were promised that we would receive our router withing 5 days. It has been 15 days and all the consultant has to say is that they have a back log. How do you have a 15 day backlog? 1 or 2 days would be acceptable.
