Unkept promises
<p>I wrote a review and received feedback from Telkom that they are still investigating my case and would get back to me. In case you forgot, i am still WAITING!!!! At least have the decency to call and RESOLVE my case. I am still waiting for my tablet cover. I went back in store (Menlyn Store) and the consultants for THE THIRD TIME sent an email to her supervisors which they always do by the way but i NEVER receive ANY FEEDBACK. YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED!!!! Dont send me emails telling me you still investigating, RESOLVE MY ISSUE ONCE AND FOR ALL, I WANT MY TABLET COVER. Otherwise stop advertising things you cannot provide.</p>

Same reply as last week, but i NEVER hear from you. THIS IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. its not enough just to say you investigating and giving me a reference number. THAT DOES NOTHING FOR ME.
MAYBE THE SOLUTION HERE IS TO TAKE BACK THE TABLET AND CANCELL ALL MY TELKOM CONTRACTS.

31 May 2017 and i still do not have the cover as promised. Are you still investigating. Oh i almost forgot its another unkept promise. What a disappointment. A month now and i have not received a single update from you.
