UNKEPT PROMISE

I received an email from Mandenkonzo Ndlovu, that he "escalated" my complaint to his "MANAGER", by the name of Hophney Leso & that he'd be calling me. Until now, no one called me. This is the type of extremely POOR PATHETIC SERVICE, that is provided by Telkom. They just not making any efforts to improve their service.
