Unite SA against incompetence

It is a pity that the lowest rating is a one star (As one indicates some form of value). How such a company can remain active whilst providing the nation with such terrible service is astounding. Imagine the day we unite South Africa against companies that provide poor service! I also acknowledge the fact people are internally feeling the pressure of dysfunctional processes, but we also need to acknowledge that the representatives are as much to blame as those in control of the company.
