People please make sure that you know when you take out a Laptop deal with Telkom that they do not do the warranty on the device. I took out a laptop deal in Feb 2022, in Dec 2022 the laptop's screen did not want to switch on, i took it in to Telkom just to hear that I must phone or email a company called Platinum Warranty. What a disaster!!!!!!!! Check out my review under Platinum Warranty
