Unimpressed Mr telkom.

I've been battling for a month to get telkom to move my adsl line from my previous address to my currently location. I've been calling twice to 3 times a week and there is just no winning. I'm very disappointed, the technician came out around 3 weeks ago and said I need to downgrade due to the area. Telkom calls once a week to acknowledge this but just does not get to the point where it actually gets done. No installation just long promises. Sad sad indeed.
