Unhelpful Telkom

Went to Telkom shop at Clearwater Mall yesterday with my WiFi Telkom landline LTE phone as it had charging problems. Was tol that the technician was on lunch a 4pm! Came back later when he was back, but he still kept me waiting for 30 minutes while he sat in the back office! He was unable to help as apparently they do not have stock of the batteries. This is the battery that is required

Can Telkom please advise why they are selling items to the public and the batteries are not available? Where can this battery be obtained?
