Unhelpful Telkom

Absolutely shocking service. It's like no one is willing to help on Fridays. If I could give a -10 rating I would. They don't allow you to speak, just keep speaking over you and when they do their only response is "I understand???? What does that help??? Absolutely disgusted!!!
