Unhelpful staff at Telkom Tokai mall

Good day,on the 12 June 2018,my husband and I went to Telkom in Tokai in Blueroute mall to purchase 2 phones, we where waiting for a well, when the young man ask us to assist us,he was unapproachable, didn't greet us,just ask can I help you. We ask if they have the CAT S31 phones and what is the cost, due that it is on prepaid we don't want contract. He then said they haven't got in store but will ordered it for us,and it will be in at a day by them. He gave his email address and name and contact detail's to us. On Thursday morning I email to Zahied the young man who helped us,and ask if the phones has arrived, his answers to us is this,Our store has not placed a stock order yet as we have not received approval for the order yet from head office however this order is pending and devices will be ordered as soon as our budget is approved. From when does Telkom works on budge, only Government works on budgets,he could just phone his other branch to find out if they have stock, it seems more to us that he never had place our order,and come out with excuse. I have sent it to my husband the messages which Zahied Matthews sent me. That is were we have decided that we will do business at other place. Telkom Tokai mall staff really was unhelpful.
