Unhelpful Service

<p>I've been tring to get internet at home. I app**** online, agent called, but due to noise on their side I asked for them to call back later, and they never called again. I then app**** over the phone, to which the agent got my name and email address incorrect, I called in again to have them correct it. I then received a call explaining that a specifications document would be emailed to me to explain how the laying of the cables from the house to the exchange should be done. After 24hrs there was no email, I then contacted Telkom again, to which I was tranfered from technical dept to sales to technical again and then sales. The agent tried to transfer me again but I stopped him and he told me to wait another day before he can escalate my issue. He said that there is no one that can help me get this document as he does not know what department deals with this section. He does not know if this document if available on the telkom site for download. I've never experienced service this terrible especially considering I'm trying to buy a service from them. I've heard that telkom's service is bad from others, but I never expected it to be this terrible.</p>
