Unhelpful - Happiness Khanyile

I usually would not waste my time giving a bad review but it’s rather urgent that Happiness Khanyile is educated on how to assist customers with billing issues, after paying 3,9k for my line she ill advised me about a further non existent 1,9k that I was supposedly still owing! Another call to a more friendly and helpful Tsholofelo Monyo revealed no such and that my account was fully paid up and my line should have been unlocked but the system did not do this.
