Unhelpful, discourteous, rude and bad attitude

I went to add contracts to our Company's account. The staff were rude and very unhelpful, raising objections and almost telling me off for the documents I had with me that I had already presented to another salesperson at an earlier date. I found the first person I spoke to so rude that I went to another salesperson. He in turn was objectionable and did not want to investigate my account and when I pointed out the Company resolution giving me authority to sign, I was told by him that anyone could have filled that in and signed it- even he could do it! I felt treated like a ********.I asked to speak with the Manager and was told she wasn't in. After me insisting that he find the account we have with Telkom he told me he could help me now but still had problems with the resolution and the CK docs. I was so disgusted with his unhelpful and bad attitude that I walked out of the store. I have tried on numerous occasions to call the Manager to speak to her but the phone never gets answered.
