unhelpful consultants at Telkom

It is now 2 months and TElkom has not yet responded. I have trying for 2 months to speak to a consultant to assist with my issues. However no one is able with each consultant referring me to another department. When i ask for the supervisor they cut the call. So rude. Today i spoke to Jaydedne and Nomusa and each one did the same. In the meanwhile i am being overcharged and i continue to pay the bill lest the line is terminated. This is the worst experience one can endure. How does this company such knowledgeless persons who have no respect for their clients. PLEASE HELP>
