Unhelpful and Disappointing Service

I upgraded my contract in June 2020, since then I have had numerous unhelpful encounters with customer care consultants and I have visited the store a few times too due to a number of billing issues. It seems impossible to speak to someone that is able to understand the issues at hand. I can not wait till my contract comes to term, so I can finally move away from Telkom. I strongly advise others to be very cautious when taking Telkom contracts.
