Unhelpful and abrupt call centre agents

I have placed an order for a Telkom line and was signed up for adsl, i have requested for them to move the line to the holding pool but it seems as though nobody understands. I have spoken to some manager by the name of Pat Chetty and he is not of much help. This issue remains unresolved and my patience is running out. This is by far the worst customer service I've ever experienced!
