UNHELPFUL AGENTS

I’m reading the so many complaints here just from today (01/09/2023).

I have not had internet connection the whole day today. Mind you, they get the debit orders with no issues. Every 3 months or so I have to go through the same problems.

I report the issues using their twitter DMs. Always with grace and politeness. But I’m return you get rotten attitudes, scripted answers, or NO ANSWER at all.

You follow all the instructions they give you. But when you give them feedback that their solutions didn’t work. They just disappear.
