Unhelpful Agent

have just been to one of your branches at Springs Mall. I was assisted by an agent by the name of Nomfundo Maahlobo who was very unfriendly and not helpful. was there for an upgrade, we did the application, and there after I requested to apply for insurance on the new phone and keep the insurance on the old phone. The lady refused to do this as she said I would have to insure both devices on the same existing number. I then asked if I can use another Telkom number on the new phone and she refused. I have now had to leave the store with the not insured phone because the agent failed to give me proper advice. Kindly find someone who can assist me urgently today, As the agent ended up telling me I must do this myself she wont do it on her side.
