Unhelpful

<p>I am querying my aunts account - she is 80 years old. Yesterday, 31 July 2017, I went to the Cresta Branch and was assisted by a lady who could not give me an answer. All i want to know if a 24 month contract starts 01 July 2015 how can it end 31 July 2017. That would be 25 months. She got someone from a call centre to call me. I cannot understand that the Customer service branch is unable to assist with information obtained from the exact same systems. Well, the guy called me and then within 2 minutes he transferred me to Senzo Nhlapo who was very abrupt and rude and unhelpful. I cannot stand incompetence and unhelpfulness. When you have agents working in the call centres, they are supposed to be clued up. Please get someone to confirm what an END date of a 24 month contract should be, if it started 01 July 2015. I would like it in writing to my email address. I need this because some idiot told my that the contract ends 31 July 2017.</p>
