Unhappy with Telkom sim only contract

I was phoned by a Telkom consultant on May 2018 who told me about a sim contract which cost R69.00 each month for 24 months as this sounded like a great deal I took the contract and he said if I take 2 sim cards these 2 sim cards will share free calls for 2 years. Which brought my debit up to R138 a month

But for the first month Telkom debited R174.00 from my account The second month R192.00 reported from my account on the 3rd month they requested that I pay R366.00 on August they debited R751.00 from my account which I desputed and they cut off the network from both the cards and my contract remained in arreas when I went to Telkom store they checked for me and I picked up that the the details about me were wrong "mrs" and I am not married... "Sandton" but I am from Durban. They requested a call back from their billings department for me and the guy who assisted me online made it clear that I will have to pay the R1 200.00 that I owe Telkom and that there is nothing he could do to help me
