Unhappy with Telkom

I do not really understand why opened self service website because you can't get help there everything is the dead end.....they will say ask for an agent to call back, yet you will not get any calls from them. My Sim has not been working for like 2months now I do not know why they had to close it since it's not theirs on the other hand they will deduct unreasonable amounts without communicating with you. Ah I just regret the day I fell in love with their deals 🤦♀️
