Unhappy with Telkom

Im not happy with Telkom

I logged a refund request last week with Kgomotso MTSHALI a consultant from Telkom and she told me the turn around time for the refund is 7 working days .

this was done on the 27 June 2022 .when i called to make a follow up the person who was assisting me said they could not find my case when i gave the number .

when i emailed kgomotso to make a follow up regarding the refund after the TAT this the response "Your case is still open has not yet been attended to it. "

I requested the email address for the complaints department from yesterday and today and im still waiting for the feedback .
