Unhappy with Telkom

I app**** online for home adsl with Telkom. I received a sms on the 4th of Oct 2018 that they received my order and they are working on it. The next week I received a wifi extender which you receive free of charge when you apply online. Since then I have called them many times to follow up on when the installation of my adsl will take place. Everytime I get the reply that there is a technical difficulty. They can’t tell if they will be able to install adsl at my address and they can’t even tell my when they will know if they will be able to install adsl at my address. How long do I have to wait just for them to tell my they can’t assist me. It is now the 23rd of Nov 2018 and still they can’t tell when they will be able to help me. Unacceptable.
