Unhappy with service received Telkom

I wanted to install fibre and the service provider for our area under Telkom is metro fibre. Called in on the 27th of June 2023 to place an order. No installation since then. I have called Telkom on numerous occasions and I keep on hearing that they need to validate my address even when I called this morning. Its been an entire month with no resolution. I am giving up, I was in desperate need of getting fibre Installed. This is not good service Telkom.
