Unhappy with service

I am very disappointed with the service i received from Telkom Direct Menlyn. my application took 2 weeks just to get a decline from their heard offices( Mudau ), of which i submitted all support documents and verified. Telkom is a service provider which is not transparent, was treated like i am ********.
