Unhappy with no service received from Telkom

I app**** for ucapped wifi at home on 30July online and received an email from telkom that i would be contacted within 48hours. Needless to say I have not heard from them at all. I enquired at a telkom shop and was informed that my application was pending. I then logged a message on facebook and was informed today that there is no application on there system. Terrible service to say the least.
