Unhappy with no assistance.

I'm really not happy with telkom anymore. I'm a loyal customer for 5 years and I requested 3 weeks ago to move my line. Got no feed back. I tried phoning. 30min no answer. Went on Facebook, email and whatsapp. No feed back. I'm really unhappy. If I'm not going to get help from telkom, I will cancel my internet I have for 5 years at telkom.
