Unhappy telkomplus client

Last year in July i submitted a claim post a common ******* in parkstation jhb CBD. My claim was approved. Access fee of R500 was paid into the relevant account with no response from them. I recently called them with the help of the sales lady at the telkom Westgate branch after discovering that it's not their branch as per Google maps. I was then told that my account was suspended due to non payment which I made on 02 November 2023 off access fee please assist me
