Unhappy telkom user

I got a call from mondo in Durban on 15/07/2018 the guy who i spoke to named Kaylen King offered me a contract at telkom a Huawei P8 lite 2017 for R160/pm oky R99 for admin fee he told me 1000min talktime to any network 1000 sms/mms 1Gig internet data and 2Gig social media data all for only R160/pm Wow that sounds great give me 2 of that phones please oky after all the details and wat wat i wait and i wait after 14 work days no selphone delivery so i phone mondo no but there is a stock problem and this and that give it 3 more work days oky sharp. After 3 work days i phone them again no the phones are at the courier it will be there on Monday 27/08/2018 oky the phones came very exited now 24/48 hours for sim activation Today 30/08/2018 i phone mondo why is my sim not activeted yet then they told me no its activeted yesterday just switch the phone of and take out the sim an put it back oky the sim is activated but now is not the packge i signed up for now i must top up to phone other network and only have 195min from telkom to telkom a whole other packge its unexepteble!!!!!!!!!!im very angry telkom must seply me with the packge i signed up for or must come and take this phones bac****!!!!!!
