Unhappy Telkom Customer

I have changed my adsl line last year November 2020 to a 20mb line but since then i have had endless problems with them, not getting even getting 15mbps for at least 2 months now, currently i have 2mbps if im lucky. This is really ****py service from telkom. Telephone line is also down for awhile now no feed back as yet.

This won't even make me take out a fibre line with telkom once its up and running...
