Unhappy Telkom customer

I regret the day I did business with Telkom and I will never refer anyone to that company as they are very good in ripping people off. They employ people who are *********** in doing their job and all they care about is making us pay for services that they don't provide. I have a wifi contract that expired and I received a call from one of their agents to renew and I was promised that I will be on the same package for a less amount as they were running a promotion and I agreed only to find out that I was now downgraded to a different package that I did not agree to and when I tried to call them to put me back to my original package I was told I need to pay for cancelation and now I am told that I I owe them money for services that I didn't get and that's the reason why I regret the day I went into a Telkom store.
