Unhappy Telkom Customer

I am so disappointed with TelkomZa with their Service and how they treat Customer regarding phone Contract, how do you explain paying 27 Months for a 24 Months Contract with no proper explanation. They are refusing to take accountability that they made mistake, Insted you hold for 30 minutes and they hang out. Imagine having all the statements but they are still saying you must pay.
