Unhappy Telkom customer

I have a contract with Telkom and was recently upgraded from 20GB per month to 60GB per month. I was told that the limit for overusage is R100.00 and it was all lies.It is in fact R500.00. I have tried to resolve this but all in vain. I can't wait for the contract to end cause the company is cheating and sucks
