Unhappy Telkom client

I'm really unhappy of services that I provided by Telkom, first it was payment issues that weren't my fault, their agent captured wrong information that resulted in me being in arrears than I payed the " supposedly due amount" on Friday 23 July 2021 he consultant who was helping me said its gonna take 24 hours for the phone to be unblocked but till now my phone is still blocked, I called the call centre I the morning today than the lady said its gonna take 2 - 5 hours, I called again this afternoon the lady that answered now is saying a different story of 48 hours
