Unhappy Telkom client

I have been a client of Telkom for many years now and I must say their service has downgraded tremendously. Twice I have been misled by the call center sales agent when I took out a contract. I am sitting with a phone that I am not able to top up and a new iPhone which they told me I can port the number via SMS but now I found the SMS number system they no longer use. I think they should listen more to the agent's calls and the empty promises they make to their clients if they don't want to lose any.
