Unhappy telkom client

My contract is currently due for an upgrade and the phone I want is advertised in the monthly booklet which is an IPHONE 8 on contract for R479 but no store has it in stock. How can something be advertised but is not available in any store and not even the warehouse. I think this is pathetic
