Unhappy so unhappy

Hi . I am honestly tired of contacting telkom regarding my contract that ended last year june. They keep on trying to debit my account which has resulted in my account going into a negative. I have called in and cancelled the contract like they asked me. I have sent in numerous emails. Still no joy. Can someone help please
