Unhappy Loyal Customer
<p>On the 10th June 2016, I purchase MB data @ 16:02. On the 12 June 2016 at 06:29 I get an sms notifying me that I am only left with 99MB. I logged a query with Telkom Call Centre on the 13 June 2016 at 08:37 and I spoke to Oratilwe - Reference ********** 5. My query basically stated that I need to know what happened to my 400 MB of data that I purchase 2 day ago.</p> <p> </p> <p>Today the 14th June 2016 at 10:56 I received a call fromTelkom by Yonelwa basically telling me that Telkom is unable to explain to me how did my data disappear. I then requested her to take it further for reinvestigation as I have never in the history of my having a contract with Telkom Mobile gone through 400MB of data in 2 days. Yonelwa decided to close the case. I then received an email at 11:06 that my query has been resolved.</p> <p> </p> <p>I called the call centre again today 14 June 2016 at 11:13 (spoke to Thobeka) to reopen the case and received a new reference number ********** 9. I just want to know where my data went.</p>

I am the most unhappy customer right now I actually just wanna cancel this contract (if it were at all possible).
Telkom doesnt even have the courtesy to call me, I get a sms that the call has been resolved but no one has spoken to me. Telkom is a useless service provider. I wish I had money to put up a big banner like to guy did about CELL C.
Telkom experiences technical challenges and suddenly my 400MB data disappears and no one can tell me what happened to it. Not once since I have been with Telkom Mobile for the past 3 years has it ever happened that so much data just disappears in one night.
I still need a better explanation. I will keep on writting this review about Telkom on a daily basis until someone does something about it.
