Unhappy

I have a huawei laptop on contract, it gave issue's so I sent it in for repairs, 2 months later it came back "fixed" but full of dents, now telkom claims that it is my responsibility to have photos of the laptop before it went in and that it should have been in it's original packaging, but the shop said they only need the laptop nothing extra, they took photo's as well, but apparently it is not good enough, it's been 4 months now still paying for the laptop but no response just excuses.
