Unhappy

I cant understand how these people do there work and help you. A lady from telkom helped me but had to hold on and then i must hear hoe the people talk to each other and laugh and telling each other their stories. I am sure they get lunch time to discuss personal activities.

They really unhelpful. i think when you get through to someone who will go the extra mile or let me rather say want to do their work you will be lucky.
