Unhappy data disappears

I'm really unhappy I just loaded 6gb of data and when i unlocked my phone I got a sms that said you have 5gb left and there's nothing running in the background so where is my data going and this is the second time this have happened and I have checked on app and on the balance check code and yes the data is gone so I have to pay amd telkom just take it
