Unhappy customers

Dear citizens

I need in dealing with telkom. We have a problem at home with how slow their data is and quickly it finishes. We literally have resorted to using it only for our phones but still it last 10 days a month. Mind you we only have time to use after work and or weekends. Something is definitely wrong there and they have no answers. Are we the only ones or is this their culture, also how do we get out of the contract with them so that we can get a more useful network and or plan...?

Ps: we are only two people who are using this.
