Unhappy customers

Last month i upgraded my phone at telkom Clearwater mall,Took the Sumsung A50 with 1gb and 100 minutes package and requested to be able to recharge after but to my suprise i was given a unlimited package and could not recharge,I went back to complain but was not help but was told it won't be possible to change i can only set a spending limit.I am very unhappy with telkom as i want a package where i can be able to load airtime and data.I want this package reveased as i was given false information.
