Unhappy customer service

Very veeeery unhappy with Telkom, paid up my Telkom account and it was allocated to a different person, phoned them constantly to resolve this matter and they still don’t get it done , they always say it will be resolved after 7 working days , it’s over 3 months wits still not resolved
