UNHAPPY CUSTOMER SERVICE

<p>Good day</p> <p> </p> <p>I have a contract with Telkom, the phone went in for repairs and came back, still not working & now we need to fetch it from Telkom, but I have been informed that they are not going to fix it thru the warrenty and I need to pay R188.00 before I can collect the phone. The phone was sent to Sony while under guarantee - problem still not sorted out, now sending the phone back, broken....</p> <p> </p> <p>this is not the first time that we have experianced bad service from Telkom!</p>
