Unhappy customer

I have a contract with Telkom and i have taken my Samsung S21 to book it in for repairs and the lady said i was a day late for my guarantee, I have a 36 months contract but now that phone is not coming on , i must pay to fix it ..

I am not happy with telkom and i have other contracts as well , really disappointed
