Unhappy customer

Telkom has handed me over whereas my account is up to date and they are debiting my bankaccountevery month. Now I have this company (HP Attorneys) sending me smes all day about an outstanding balance I owe to Telkom. Meanwhile Telkom is busy sending me emails about upgrading. I cannot get hold of them for the past two weeks through their customerservicenumber. I can not wait for my contract to end in July cause it has been a terrible journey with them.
